Welcome to Mending Wings Ministries make shift prayer Calendar for our first ever 24 -1 Prayer Tent.

The time frame: Saturday September 20, 3:00 pm – Sunday September 21, 3:00 pm

The Setting:  We will have a large cabin tent set up at Corey and Gina Greaves house.  Inside the tent will be chairs, pillows, a CD player, a guitar and some prayerful art.  There will also be some materials for posting words, scripture, testimony and images that God has given you during your prayer shift.  Our hope is that even if you are praying alone you will be surrounded by images of what other people have prayed already.  The tent will also have a space heater and lights for the late night prayer sessions. 

The Format:  Freedom is the operative word for our prayer tent.  We recognize that we come from many different prayer styles and traditions.  The prayer tent is to be a place where anyone can come and interact with Creator, engaging with him in whatever way each one feels appropriate.

How it works:

We have broken the time into 24 – 1 hours blocks from 3:00 pm Saturday to 3:00 pm Sunday. We are asking individuals and small groups of people to sign up for 1 or more blocks of time. You are welcome to drop in whenever you want but we want to be sure that every block of time is covered.
